NOMINATION NIGHT COMING SOON ELECTION COULD COME MARCH 10th
Election called March 10th
This is the rumour as the Liberals will have chosen their leader on March 9th. Stand by for Nomination night and the Candidate being announced for Windsor West
MEET THE CANDIDATE APPLICANTS NOVEMBER 27TH, 2024
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA

The polls (as of January 14, 2025) are showing that the Conservative party will win the next election. Windsor, specifically Windsor West voting district needs a stronger representation in Ottawa. We have had an NPD MP since 2002 who is a backbencher. When you have a majority Government Windsor West will have a bigger voice.
I have dedicated my life to serving in the capacity as a leader in my industry, a teacher/professor, and active member in a variety of organizations in Windsor. It is my number one priority to help our Automotive Industry, and to get more high paying jobs in Windsor West. President Trump announced tariffs and it will hit our Automotive industry the worst. We need to work with the Premier of Ontario to address the tariffs and have solutions. And attract industry, build homes and make our neighbourhood safer.
Please drop by and see me at my table at Babylon Hall. There will be short speeches, lots of information, great people and raffles too. There is also an optional buffet shown on the flyer above.
Look forward to meeting you all
UPDATE NOVEMBER 8TH, 2024
JOBS ~ HOUSING
As a Professor at St. Clair College, a concerned resident of Windsor West and parent, I couldn’t sit idly by and watch the
obliteration of Windsor’s manufacturing and housing sectors.
- Windsor’s October unemployment rate was 8.8% compared to the Canadian unemployment rate of 6.5%.
- Good paying fulltime jobs are being replaced by low paying part time jobs.
- 1,500 full time jobs are being replaced by 1,300 part time jobs.
I met with industry leaders in tool and die; their tooling and die capacities
are at 30% due to price scalping from oversees competitors. Our US
neighbours apply a 25% tariff on Chinese tools and dies and Canada has
nothing. The lack of representation in Ottawa is destroying our economy.
Home sales are down 11.9% below the 5-year average, and 14.4% below
the 10-year average. New listings in October outpace sales by more than 2
to 1. It’s no wonder home sales are low, the average price for a single
home is $579,765
High unemployment and interest rates combined with high home prices has
reduced consumer confidence to an all-time low. I am skeptical the pressures on manufacturing will not magically cure
themselves, and if it continues without checks and balances this will lead to
even fewer high paying jobs and the percolating effect will have a further
negative pressure to our overall economy.
It’s not all doom and gloom, we have options. We need to vote in a common-sense Conservative government with local representation. I want to be your Windsor West representative in Ottawa.
I will continue to meet and listen to industry leaders and anyone with concerns. The solution is home grown by having our collaborative ideas expressed in the House of Commons.
I want to be the voice of Windsor West, but I need your support by following these three easy steps:
1. Please visit this website for up to the minute announcements.
2. Sign-up to be a Conservative member for only $15.00.
3. Contact me to be on my team
4. Contact me to be on my newsletter. I will only send important updates.
WINDSOR AUTOMOTIVE CAPITAL OF CANADA
Dedication to Windsor’s Industrial and Manufacturing Sectors
The region is notable for having the largest cluster of tool, mold, and automation
companies in North America, supported by a robust manufacturing leadership in
engineering and design. This expertise facilitates a high level of automated production across various materials and incorporates lean and just-in-time manufacturing practices, which are especially beneficial for the auto industry, helping to reduce manufacturing costs.
Windsor-Essex is home to a skilled workforce of approximately 40,000 professionals, including designers, engineers, production workers, and technicians, who drive quality,
productivity, and innovation within the industry. Educational and training programs tailored to advanced manufacturing are available through local post-secondary institutions and private partnerships, preparing workers for careers in key sectors such as aerospace, automotive, industrial automation, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and tool, die, and mold manufacturing.
My Team met with two influential home-grown Tool and Die business leaders. A
synopsis of the discussion is summarized below.
Question 1: What are the current barriers that are preventing expansion and attracting new businesses to Windsor?
Prioritized collective Response:
1. Unfair global competition. (The United Stated currently has a tariff of 25% on all
Chinese made tools and dies and 0% in Canada).
2. Lack of local skilled resources.
3. Need for progressive training provided by the Colleges.
4. The path for apprenticeships need to be clearly defined.
5. Better marketing for the trade.
6. Research and development.
Question 2:
What is the impact if the identified barriers are not addressed?
1. The current impact is a 30% work load on tools and dies, resulting in a reduction
in resources.
2. Companies are more reliant on skilled international resources.
3. College graduates are not prepared for work experiences.
4 & 5. Skilled Trades Ontario via the colleges need to market trade more effectively.
6. Wire machines and 3-D modelling has made significant improvements on
productivity and quality; a continuation of collaborative R & D needs to be
provided through incentive programs.
I need your support to become the Conservative candidate for Windsor West, so I can represent and fight for the interests of the people of Windsor West.
This newsletter identifies only one industrial sector that is impacted by the lack of support from the Liberals and the current NDP Windsor West Member of Parliament. When these core industries collapse, the impact to Windsor’s economy will be devastating. Business will need to shift from manufacturing to being a brokerage firm to be sustainable. What does this mean? The result will be the layoff of skilled, high paying jobs and manufacturing will be moved oversees. The trickledown effect will paralyze economic growth resulting in more layoffs.
I am dedicated to Windsor’s success and will work tirelessly to represent the people of West Windsor.
Please join the Conservative Party of Canada as you need to be a member to vote for a candidate. Once you become a member, please send me an email so you can be contacted to find out when the Candidate nomination will take place.
